Birthday Sale 24-Hour Order Refund Promotion Terms & Conditions


These Terms & Conditions apply to Bescher’s Birthday Sale 24-Hour Order Refund Promotion. By placing an eligible order during the promotional period, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Promoter

2. Promotional period

The promotion begins at 11:00am AEST on Thursday 25 June 2026 and ends at 11:00am AEST on Friday 26 June 2026 (Promotional Period).
Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period will not be eligible for this promotion.

 

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, customers must:

1. Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over
2. Place an order through during the Promotional Period
3. Provide a valid email address at checkout
4. Complete payment successfully; and
5. Not cancel, return, or have their order refunded before the winner selection takes place.


Employees, contractors, agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members of Bescher are not eligible to participate.

4. How to enter

No separate entry form is required. Each eligible order placed during the Promotional Period will automatically receive one entry into the promotion.
Only one entry will be counted per eligible order. Multiple eligible orders may receive multiple entries.

5. Promotion offer

During the Promotional Period, 24 eligible orders will be selected to have their order refunded.
Each selected customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for their eligible order, after discounts and promotions have been applied. Unless otherwise stated, refunds exclude gift card purchases, store credit, shipping protection, and any duties, taxes, or fees not retained by Bescher.
The maximum refund available per selected order is the final amount paid by the customer for that eligible order.

6. Winner selection

The 24 selected orders will be chosen at random from all eligible orders placed during the Promotional Period.
Winner selection will take place within 11am 25th June 2026 AEST to 11am 26th June 2026 AEST after the Promotional Period ends.
Bescher’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process, except as required by law.

7. Winner notification

Selected customers will be notified by email using the email address provided at checkout within 11am 25th June 2026 AEST to 11am 26th June 2026 AEST of winner selection.
Bescher may also notify selected customers through their order confirmation or customer service email thread.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is correct and accessible.

8. Refund process and timing

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the eligible order.
Bescher will process refunds within 11am 25th June 2026 AEST to 11am 26th June 2026 AEST of winner notification. Depending on the customer’s bank, card provider, or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in the customer’s account.
Refunded orders remain subject to Bescher’s standard order processing, fulfilment, returns, and customer service policies unless otherwise stated.

9. Returns, cancellations, and order changes

If a selected order is cancelled, returned in full, found to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes invalid, Bescher may withdraw the refund offer and select another eligible order.
If a selected order is partially returned, Bescher may adjust the refund amount at its discretion to reflect the final retained order value.

10. Exclusions

The promotion does not apply to:

1. Orders placed outside the Promotional Period
2. Orders not placed through
3. Wholesale, trade, staff, or partner orders
4. Cancelled, fraudulent, or unsuccessful orders
5. Gift card purchases, unless Bescher confirms otherwise in writing; or
6. Any customer who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

11. General conditions

Bescher reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and eligible orders, including customer identity, order details, payment status, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Bescher reserves the right to disqualify any customer who tampers with the promotion, submits fraudulent information, breaches these Terms & Conditions, or acts in a way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
If the promotion cannot run as planned due to circumstances beyond Bescher’s reasonable control, Bescher may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bescher is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, technical failure, or unauthorised access connected with the promotion, except where caused by Bescher’s negligence or breach of law.

13. Privacy

Bescher will collect and use customer information for the purpose of administering this promotion, processing eligible orders, contacting selected customers, and issuing refunds.

14. Acceptance

By placing an eligible order during the Promotional Period, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
