If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@bescher.com.au.
To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide next steps.
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will be provided where:
• A product is confirmed to be faulty or defective
• The product is damaged in transit
• There has been an error in order fulfilment
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
